Good plan. I reckon they're under-priced now but am not beyond the "watching closely" stage. I think the share price of all the REITs will be under pressure while the lockdown is in effect so am in no hurry. If It gets to $2.00 I will be very tempted to buy a few. I usually think this way, then end up missing out on a great opportunity and regretting it later!
