No, that comment/excuse does not float on water.
If any good news/announcements were to come out, they would have to come out prior to the meeting.
Because, besides reading some announcements that some more incentive options were issued, some capital raising, and the Bakken draining more and more cash, very little else has been happening. Hence why the sp is floundering. As a matter of fact we can consider ourselves lucky that it hasn't been going in reverse at a fast pace, lol.
