people KNOW not to do so many things ---------- but, they still do. Many are just oblivious, and not always the dumb half either. Our society is such that we protect where we can
in cases like these - governments can't win from what I see - they either don't ban stuff and get held responsible for damage and death - or they ban things and get dumped on by the very same people who have been so dumb that their kids go out and do dumb things ----------- and die

I certainly disagree with plough on that people know what to do instinctively - clearly by the number of deaths of young people and people doing dumb things - they do not

Mind you Melbourne is hardly Marble bar and there are people going to work daily up there at calidus and other mines without aircon in 45 degree temperatures ,
Bit of common sense with hats and plenty of ice for head bands and drinks helps
