I attended the Melbourne Presentation today at Crown Casino. I walked away with great confidence in the stock and thinking that all holders will be very well rewarded over the next few months.

The presenters were very impressive. Professor Paul Fullwood is a gaming guru who developed many games for Sony. Jeanine Smith is an online photo guru who had a very senior position at the online photo giant Shutterfly. They said many of the Hotshot employees have come across from large corporations including ex- Yahoo, Google, Shutterfly, Kodak, Sony and EA people. The reason why all these people have come across to work with Hotshot is because they are very excited by the huge gaming competition that will be launched in a couple of month’s time.

The key points that I got from the presentation included:

    - Hothsot and MMZ have combined over $4M cash in the bank, so MMZ has no need to do any capital raisings at all. The cash burn rate is only $100K per month.

    - They have approached numerous large corporations to be sponsors or advertisers. None of these corporations have said they are not interested. When they all sign on soon, this will be announced to the market.

    - Hotshot have numerous avenues of revenue and they expect significant revenues from very early on.

    - They have 30 games to be released over the next few months. The first game will launch world-wide very soon. This is a basic game and much more advanced games will follow. The games will be fun and addictive. All games have photo themes and will be able to be accessed through Facebook or other websites. The major games and competitions will launch in June and July and these will have massive world-wide advertising done for them. Including a world-wide TV advertising campaign. Paul seemed very excited when he talked about this. It is still top-secret so that no rivals get wind of the idea before it launches.

    - They talked about Zynga, which is the leading online gaming company on Facebook. They have only been around for 2 years and there have been recent valuations that they are worth around US$5 Billion. Hotshot have looked at the Zynga games and what Zynga have done good and bad, and they hope to make games that are more fun and addictive than Zynga games. They hope to eventually rival Zynga in the Facebook online gaming field
