Around 25 turned up.
Probably 5 from GGP or related and one with "potential" interest in GGP.

Just a couple of notes from the meeting.

1. It seems like the claim against us is frivolous .

2. The claimant against us was apparently at the meeting but we didn't know until he had left (SG looked quite nervous when he found out).

3. It seems that GGP "knew" that the claim against them restricted funding and JV option "around August"

4. Frank P reportedly threatened one of the investor group members "you are gonna get yours"and it was asked what that was, the reply " you want it now do ya!?" (A complaint at the police station is to be lodge) then I and others witnessed him threaten the investor groups proposed director. Frank said to him " you better watch out".

Not very profession al for a director on an sax listed company.

A little more interesting than your average presentation I suppose.
