As for the admin bit, the recent history of this "company" is sus. The spp price of 8 cents is ridiculous compared to the last traded price. And the otions having such a low excise price of 8 cents as well is even more ridiculous. Where's the incentive for the managers to boost the sp well above 8 cents? There isn't one. Also, the long suspension gives no one a chance to exit if they want to.
If anything, ASIC should investigate.
