Good deal for PLX. Dont have the money so we fund the wells, they keep their % after we recover costs. Bit shit for us in comparison to most arrangements - normally in a PSC if you sole fund a well you get 100% till the end of time.
Don't get me wrong I think WBE is a goer. But that arrangement is balls. We get 0 benefit for effectively being a bank for PLX. Please correct me if I'm wrong but thats what im reading here and i admit to being too lazy today to check.
