Hi Kincella ..Just a quick note . You know I do New house and Land right? Well came back to work 7 th January , today is the 8th , I havent made any phone calls , or talked to anyone , our office internet was down ..as was the fax !
9 Deposits in 2 days , without trying too hard . Not forgeting the land sales end up New build orders but are pre sold approx 5 months in advance . Sales have been strong , this will transfer into new build orders , Its a HOT market .
Inner Melbourne , will no doubt be great ..Look around a lot .
My houses are further out ..Sandhurst GOLF , Cranbourne ( new ) and Frankston ( old ) ..new tollway , making a big difference , maybe I sell Frankston not sure yet .
