With the gap narrowing between the top end & the middle market, & with the top end starting to slow somethings got to give . The word is that the top end is coming off the boil & that the middle market will correct significantly. People have a very hard time remembering the early 90's, & with the high gearing on properties, inflation & interest rates on the move, well just look at what part of the market is selling & selling big time.
