Please ask about the "intend" on the performance C shares. I think as I've stated before, its very bad optics wise for the company and the integrity of the company. Reputational lost is not something you want to take lightly about. Thinking back, I wasn't angry about the outdoor/indoor build1 crap. As it still shows its capability of the HX. The original "intend", though, skewed, wasn't so bad. This "plan", of JV buying HX to show revenue, is very much not in the same spirit. Its unfortunate that their original "plan" might have been dissarray when they originally thought about this in 2015, but tough luck, suck it up and move on.
