We often like Directors to buy shares in a spec as we want them to be in the same boat as us. That way we feel there is less chance we are being played. But the chances of being played by PC and MR? Zero. And lets not forget, MF needs to perform to get a big chunk of ownership of the business he started.

So many spec plays on the ASX. And so many Directors who I would not touch with a barge pole. And that list is growing by the day, unfortunately.

I look at it like this.

PC has been a client of intiger for awhile and long before he came onboard.

If he didn't like the product then he wouldn't come onboard. Certainly they aren't paying him that much to give up his integrity and reputation.

By him coming on board then obviously he is very passionate about the product and know how well it works.
