    Seems some hypocrisy with the AFL coming out and agreeing with penalty but did not dock Carlton amy premiership points at the time. Pratt was President when Judd arrived and gave him a 'job' with Visy, obviously to top up the package. It appears to me that the similarity with this and Storm is both over salary cap, however Judd thing is dressed-up.

    Difference: one disclosed one not. At the end of day both taking advantadge/rort the system. I'm not NRL but taking points away from Storm for 2010 does not appear to have considered the wider repercussions for that game. Can imagine AFL not being too upset with all of this.
