Dummy runs can be done with a 60 foot barge or a 60 foot tug in regards to a connector etc at the new foundation site to train and limit installation risk in harbour controlled environment to work out bugs Depends just how remotely they really do go on the first ones.
I am just saying that the scale up will leave no common or equipment the same size so I believe it will all be done at a new foundation site.
