bassyabbie i usually read your posts with a bit of cynicism but thankyou for this post as i think it might highlight ways for local governments to stop developers
from speculating on rezoning windfalls and get on with actually building something.
molinski is this forums best first hand knowledge contributor on large scale property development as far as i know and i'd love to hear some insight from him if he's around.
