    It's not an extension. The Sydny court dissolved the case today. And company appeal the decision right away, and the hearing for appeal is set for this Friday. Therefore, a temporary injunction is in place until Firday.

    From the legal side, Melewar lost the case in court today. And decided to another chance or last chance at appeal.
