Nope, I don't suggest at all that they are sitting on the results. What I do imply is that management shouldn't provide the public with information that specifies a particular timeline, then revises that, only for that to also verge on becoming another delay. Why even give out such information, and instead just say that it will come in due time and let that be it? That's the only issue that I have with management.
