re: brilliant informative post Funding of Phase III would not be an issue if it is for a product that is a one off in the world market especially with a western world that is so obsessed with personal appearance. Tanning salons would basically close down over night because why waste your time going down there for 30minutes when you can pop a pill or take a spray that does the same job but with no ill effects.... I think there would be a few pharmaceuticals and even large cosmetic companies interested and would stump up after Phase IIb trials are complete and successful. Maybe that is why the stock is moving!!
