Yes but AIDS patients can still go to work and don't force business to shut and as long as they don't fool around with co-workers, wouldn't cause buildings to be evacuated. What troubles me with COVID19 is that the majority of us who lost jobs and see business crumbling and can't go out to shop don't even have infection.
