Not sure this adds to the stack of *useful* info but I came across a US article tha other day saying that the FDA was going to be investigated regarding its approval procedures after the shemozzle re Vioxx.
The article (which I didn't save and can't find atm) suggested that at the very least it was likely to slow down FDA approval applications that were in the pipeline.
I think I saw a comment of yours that FDA approval was imminent so whether this is impinging on trading of CST atm I don't know.
