Before making comments like "It's not even a cure - just a test." you should probably do some reading about Tuberculosis.
We all value things differently. Clearly by your method of valuation, CST is "overvalued". What value do you place on it?
Probably the difference between us is that you invest in a share price wheras I invest in a business. In the end, one of us will be right and one will be wrong. Meantime, clearly, you should not be invested in this stock (I presume that you have taken your own advice and are not).
I am invested in this business because I have done my research and have a positive view on the business potential. If nobody ever invested in any business that did not make immediate profits then there would never be any businesses - it takes foresight, hard work, vision and time to build a successfull business.
