BEPPA really, IMHO, looks tempting at 5c... My fear then, however, would be that insider trading was occuring.
But, realistically, how could a Cornerstone only offer under 5c to BEPPA holders??? Surely, at, 5c, BEPPA has only upside? I might buy back in for $1000 if it hit 5c.... If it then gets offered 20c, thats a nice little profit...
Hell, even if it got offered 10c, thats a handy little profit :P
