I vote you stay. There is no doubt the AGM threads have lost the plot since your arrival but that is the fault of all of us, partly because of the exuberance of your negativity on nickel, but also because some people with contrary views can't stomach a dissenting voice! You've tempered the frequency a little and it is now up to a few others to bury the hatchet too, preferably not in each other.
