This is my first post.
I wanted to ask about your comment "BEPPA holders are owed a tick over 3c in distributions already"

That would be the period ending 31st December 2008 of 0.0204 and the period ending 31st March 2009 of 0.0125.
i.e 0.0329.

So why aren't Beppa consistently trading 3c higher than BBI?
Does this mean BBIs value is more like Beppa - 3c?

My question was going to be a bit more complicated but I worked it out myself while replying to your post :-)
