As i am sure you know, the term Merger and Acquisition (M&A) is intentionally used when referring to multiple potential outcomes in relation to the consolidation of companies or their assets through a financial transaction.
I am suggesting that MEM have a quality flagship product in the Felix System which is of interest to the ART/IVF market place......and that a financial consolidation of some sort with another entity is a likely outcome here (particularly when the MEM market cap can be considered low relative to its achievements).
In short, the details of any potential consolidation is not known except to those negotiating it, but of course all options are potentially possible.
Is your question genuine.? Or is it another attempt at a "gotcha"..?
