First off, in my above post, i clearly state that it could be classified as a class 1 or class 2 device, so your point to say that it is a class 2 device is POINTLESS. Also, BOTH class 1 and class 2 devices can be cleared for sale in Brazil in between 1 to 3 months....so again, you point is POINTLESS.
Secondly, i intentionally gave the example of the Overture Life automatic cryogenic IVF device, as the device is similar to the Felix device in being an automated and ELECTRIC IVF device.
BOTH DEVICES USE ELECTRICITY.

and notably, the Overture Life ELECTRICAL device IS CLASSED AS A CLASS 1 DEVICE (see below highlighted screenshot).
