From the paper:
It seems to imply if sperm was frozen in the mentioned medium (a.k.a CCM) AND separated using the Felix Systems, the sperm showed greater motility and DNA integrity. I think this CCM (cryopreservation carriermedium) was developed together with University of Newcastle, I would be keen to find out if MEM can use the formula outside of the university and commercialise it.
