At this point, the studies being conducted in China, Brazil, and the UAE, are just a (needless) formality.
MEM has conducted enough studies at home and abroad to know that the tested results are consistently positive.
However, the fact that Brazil, China and the UAE are testing Felix is strong sign that commercial discussions are occurring (actually, as per below, MEM openly state that commercial discussions are occuring), yet the results of these studies are almost irrelevant, as the core study results are already very well known. That said, the study results do provide an increased degree of certainty to the equation, and are a catalyst for progress.
