I was busy earlier so he's a proper response. I’ve spoken with company insiders and brokers when the first capital raise (CR) happened. The narrative was nearly identical for the second CR, and I suspect the upcoming one will follow the same script: “This is likely the final CR, sales are poised to accelerate, major investors are eyeing partnerships,” and so on. Frankly, I’m skeptical. The company’s path seems to be trending downward. I sold a chunk of my shares at break-even and took a loss on about a third. Currently, selling at $0.004, but I could likely buy 10-15 million shares at $0.005. The market’s clearly anticipating another CR, but the question is: at what price? Post-CR, we might see shares drop to $0.004 or even $0.003. We’re nearing rock bottom—can it get much worse?

If they fail to secure funding, do they just surrender? Unlikely. They’re acting optimistic, especially with the recent addition to the board. My question is what does Lindley Edwards do? What value does she add? She’s so stretched she hasn’t even updated her LinkedIn to reflect this role. I was very bullish for a long time, but the current picture is uninspiring. Have they applied for CE Mark? Not yet. And we’ve got Peter’s interest payments and convertible notes hanging over us. Nothing signals progress right now, so I’m staying cautious and sitting it out until there’s a clear reason to jump back in
