I'm not even that annoyed at the BOD. There is very little that they can do. Brokers run the show. They will only underwrite and CR under their conditions. And of course they would. But the need to shop around and not use the same people. Or Try and get a couple of really big investors who may be interested to do it. But same old stuff is killing the company. But when you're trying to fight with 1 hand tied around your back its a little difficult.
