I just want to know whats happening financially. Give us some form of update so we can make informed decisions as to continue with this company. Anyone have any thoughts why we still haven't applied for the CE mark? If Memphasys applies for CE Mark on July 1, 2025, with a complete technical file and no significant deficiencies, approval could be expected between January 2026 and July 2026 (6–12 months). However, if additional data or clarifications are required, it could extend to December 2026 (18 months). The most likely range, based on their stated timeline and typical Notified Body processes, is January–April 2026 for approval, assuming a smooth review process
