The SMSL movement has always been based on emotions and disinformation rather than science, facts and technical evidence.
Basically Tan has conceded the only “issue” they can pursue is residue management. Lynas has a comprehensive residue management plan in place, its merely up to the authorities to make a decision on the most appropriate solution.
Beginning to feel more comfortable about the review process and outcomes but cautious Mr market may not feel the same way.
