Hi Alex,

This is why we are here. Long term holders have been calling for many years to improve PR and shareholder communications.

A few years ago PB appeared to listen and hired Paula Raffo. We got a newsletter or two and then things dried up and we were back to where we were before her hire. Paula has now been promoted to a $170K Co. secretary role.

To be clear I don't blame Paula for this, and to a lesser degree PB. The chair needs to ensure good corporate governance and hold the Managing Director to account.

Paul Burton has done so much for this company however he has had no board oversight. Errors of judgement like the PR strategy feedback from shareholders need to be held to account and corrected.

PB has hand picked and hired his two other board members! How does this provide any governance and oversight?
