Regarding allowing certain tenements to elapse begs the question why?
It costs $$$$$ to hold onto tenements,maybe the current board is rationalizing the portfolio of all tenements vended in by the aberdeen crew which maybe a good move.
If Taylor and co have control expect more vending of questionable tenements and dilution of the company.
