membership of board

From the Company's own Announcement, when Peter Brown resigned from the PBD Board, he was replaced internally by Mr. Hunt.(Brown also'resigned' from the FKP board!)Following his resignation, I understand that the PBD Board consisted of only 4 members.(Court, Hunt, Jewell and Grady)The latter three being also FKP Board members or employees. John Wroth's replacement as CEO (Guihot)is also an ex FKP Chief Financial Officer.
It has now been announced that following Brown's resignation from FKP board, Mark Jewell has also resigned from the same board. I wonder whether we can expect to hear of Jewell's resignation from the PBD board?
There has been considerable turnover from the PBD board and,no matter what the claims to the contrary, continuity of knowledge and direction must be effected. How many effective board members will be left if Jewell resigns ?
