There's been quite a bit of talk bandied around on here about a possible JV between AVQ & SMM.
I'm led to believe that before this could happen, a MOU would need to be drawn up between both parties to indicate that a JV is being worked towards. News about this could appear at any time soon.
It is my belief the recent increase in the SP means some good news is imminent.
Another alternative - SMM attempt to buyout AVQ?
I for one will be holding AVQ before the news hits, whatever it is.
