    Mr G, I see nothing in the Matthew discourse that separates the second coming into an invisible period of "presence" and a spectacular and sudden appearance that will be unmistakable.

    Copper, 'I see!', is an often used expression in the English language that has nothing to do with going to Specsavers.

    The same figure of speech is commonly used in the Scriptures.
