Dow news wire reported that several analyst were surprised by Hilmer's timing of announcement of recent profit upgrade esp. when AGM due Aug.27th. Is he trying to shore up FXJ share price for another reason, e.g. prevent/stifle any future takeover. No secret that management staff at Sensis were briefed by CEO that it is looking to expand into advertising and one way of doing it was through local acquisition. IS FXJ a target?
