They should have never posted the data timelines on the website or presentations. Some of this data was to have been released 2 years ago! The other thing they have unequivocally failed at is raising funds. Forget this latest ATM...past raises have been questionable as well. (Example: raising via institutional investor, then following with good data. Should be other way around, news first then offering).
