There's no cash so it's not a 'sale' IMO Notice how we get lots of blah blah blah but little cash.
All we have now is MORE people managing the same of assets. MORE cost of doing business. MORE complexity.
How is this any good for unit holders? Without the NSX listing it's even more difficult to close out for those ARL assets.
and it's likely even easier for our investments to be diluted. Where's the consititution for this new company?
