The 2 bil SOI would be one of the components this (if results are astronomical/discovery grades) catapults upward and sustains it IMO.
You'll be in for a shock with the amount of trading and huge money that'll flow through it once traders jump it.
Does look like LEG have the majority of land surrounding it with GAL being closest along strike so IMO, LEG should reap the rewards if it lives up to "discovery".
