Exactly what I thought myself, but failed to articulate it.

IMO I believe, the Fox, Creasy and Bailey are probably not interested in trading off a few shares, like you mentioned they will be holding as many shares as possible to the end.
This I think enables them to have power at board level when voting on the future of LEG or recommendations for a TO.

IGO I think have placed them selves for a TO not a speculative profit.
They will not be letting shares go now to later buy at a higher price.

That leaves the rest of us, and TV lol.

So when you consider the SP in this light, it becomes a little more thought provoking.
