It's not so much the landholding the peers have in the region that come into play, although it's a crucial component.
It merely comes down to the drill targets generated and the scale/potential being in the correct formation of intrusive rock. Both the petrographic and structural trend shouldn't be overlooked as they play key roles in differentiating between close proximity projects and their potential. GAL look very advertising yet the distance is 4km.
