Boon, as a S Her in SIR at that time and once the details of the 29-9-15 take over were agreed to ( .66 of a IGO plus .52 c for each SIR share Plus 1 S2R { newly created company } share for every 2.5 SIR shares.) imo there was a pump of the host shares and after the T O was concluded a big slide back , cannot remember the % but holders exiting which to my mine was particially responsible for that.
