Not sure it is that simple.

Firstly, since October, the Feasiblitly study was released in April - 6 months there.

Now the claim was to start bona fide negotiations once the Feasiblility is accepted.

As of July 31 I believe the DFS was in the hands of an independant party. Has that been completed? I guess we won't hear from POS until October 31 report?

If it has how long would you expect the negotiations to take - given that POS has a few things on their plate that probably take up their time.

At to that I am sure the issues with Carnarvon a probably taking up a little of our managements time as well.

It would be nice if every statement only took 3 months to come to fruition but - reality, it doesn't.
