At the time it should have been clear to the B&M that they were the bumbling failures and prime cause of the problems; And, I am certain they did know they were heading for the edge which put them into the slot beautifully for MIN to come to their assistance? What a benefactor they turned out to be?
All the way down the line the interests of shareholders were repressed by the ineptitude apparent in the operational influence of a certain CEO.
