Wow I wouldn't take investment advice from mr sosnowski ..he sounds too desperate.
I'm a believer in this stock nonetheless but reality is that our extraction and processing costs are likely to be much higher than china? Also for years china has kept the rare earth price artificially low, making it seemingly not commercially viable to deploy the capital required to mine as yet. Thus the issue is how to value this stock with any degree of confidence in terms of what it will be worth as a fully operational entity?
