As I understand it, PSY potential market is to have its product included in all MEM devices.
BCT's potential market would be far smaller, mainly targeting the part of the market requiring tagging, particularly biobanking.

Also, other than volumes of target market, what price will PSY's product sell for and how does it compare to BCT's price per device? Even price and potential volume only gives you potential revenue. What about profit margin?

You can't just assume mc's might converge because they are in the same sector. That's like comparing two different copper exploration companies and saying they both should have similar mc's because they are both exploring for the same product.
