Dargie, I havent seen any talk of the other possibility, a takeover....sure when the management structure was taken into account no company in their right minds would have considered it, but after this issue is sorted out surely it would look like a steal to potential buyers to get the whole box and dice..rather than paying book or above for the individual assetts. Add current total debt?? you can fill that one in (I've been wrong on that one before) then the 800m+ for notes AU + NZ + INTEREST and lets say 60c p/s about 1.4b....you put dollar values to all of these if you wouldnt mind....subtract from the approx value of current assetts....= one very good deal for the cashed up buyer...doesn't it? love to hear others opinions on this.Pete
