G'day. I'm hoping to start a relaxed conversation about mental health and how forums like these can impact it. During my time on HC (mostly reading, less posting), I've seen a few people go through ups and downs along side their investments. Sometimes, the lows look pretty low. So I wanted to make a thread where people can still post and support one and another, and maybe bring some sort of awareness to mental health and over use regarding the internet and phones.
If there is already a thread or topic relating to this then mods please dispose of this thread.
