I sure as hell hope they're not doing a $10M capital raise. Dilution would be enormous.
The said in the annual report they have "excess of 100,000,000 shares available in its placement capacity". So, if they issued 100,000,000 shares at 3c that's $3M. My expectation is that's around where we're heading.
